Intervention Study Of Gerontological Social Work On Positive Energy Stimulation Of Retired Cadres

Retired cadres,as an important gerontological group in China,are the political force for CPC to govern and rejuvenate the country,while maintaining social stability and long-term peace.In order to adapt to the Four Comprehensive Strategy layouts and the deepening degree of aging population,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council requested earnestly the good service and management of retired cadres,and urged them to add positive energy to the cause of the party and the people.At present,with the rapid growth of retired cadres,their former unit and retired cadres department can hardly meet their diversified service demand.Gerontological social work is a professional service with value concepts.Its final goal is to excavate the potential of the elderly,improve their ability and promote their development.This study argues that social work agencies and gerontological social workers are an important auxiliary power to serve retired cadres.It will improve the quality of the retired cadres service.It is a wise choice,and it is also the trend of future social development.This study mainly adopts research methods of literature analysis,empirical investigation and case study combination.Through the investigation of retired cadres from the S Agency,it summarizes and analyzes the current situation and demand of retired cadres' positive energy effect.It demonstrated the advantage of the gerontological social work.This study believes that the gerontological social work plays an important role on stimulating the retired cadres who contain huge energy.Without the policy and financial support of government,the gerontological social work can not function well in the activities of retired cadres' positive energy.
