A Study On The Evolution Of Offensive And Defensive Characteristics Of Chinese Men's Basketball World Competition From 2008 To 2019

The level of "Three big balls" is an important symbol of sports power.Basketball,which has a good mass base in China,should make more active efforts for the revitalization of "three big balls".The Chinese men's basketball team's performance in the world competition has been ups and downs,especially from the 2008 Olympic Games to 2019 continued to decline in the rankings,the performance on the field of men's basketball is worrying.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the technical statistics of Chinese men's basketball teams on both ends of the offense and defense in the world games since 2008,discuss the changes of their offense and defense characteristics and summarize them.In this paper,literature,video analysis,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other methods are used to analyze the quality characteristics,offensive and defensive skills of Chinese men's basketball players from 2008 to2019.Mathematical statistics by the method of calm base than and percentage statistics,in 2010,the Chinese men's basketball world championships of the indicators as the basic value(yao Ming retired in 2010 after the Chinese men's basketball team for the first time in the world),2008-2019 China men's basketball team in the world competition of offensive and defensive characteristics as the research object,combined with China's characteristics,teams play basketball coaches coaching style,study of Chinese men's basketball team in the world the change of the offensive and defensive characteristics,research says:1.1.As the main manifestation of basketball competition,offense and defense are characterized by the embodiment of individual and team's overall competitive ability formed through long-term training,and are related to the rationality of team's new and old alternation,players' physical strength(body form),coaches' philosophy,players' comprehensive ability and the balance of offense and defense.2.The physical form of Chinese men's basketball players is not balanced,which affects their ability of confrontation.The height of the players was good,but the average Ktolai index dropped significantly.The drop in the Ktolai index indicates a change in players' physical characteristics.Players improved their mobility and adapted to the fast pace of the game,but the overall team was less confrontational.3.There is no reasonable replacement of the old and the new in Chinesemen's basketball,and a relatively balanced team of age,experience and physical fitness has not been formed.The young players are slow to develop,the core players are older,the physical limitations,the team can not adapt to the fast pace of attack and defense.4.Players' comprehensive ability and offensive efficiency are not balanced and tend to decline.The PER value of inside players is basically stable,while that of guards drops.3-point shooting percentage fluctuation,lack of stability.The overall drop of free throw data is obvious,which indicates that the gap of basic skills in shot is large.The offensive rebound number and the average rebound number fluctuate greatly,and the ability to grab the forward rebound is insufficient.The change of data indicates that the team's offensive characteristics have changed from the inside offense to the 3-point shooting offense.The position of 3-point shot is strengthened in tactics,but the lack of long-range shooting ability has a direct impact on the outcome.5.Weak defense.The average point loss of Chinese men's basketball team showed an increasing trend from 2008.The fixed-base ratio of the number of blocks per game was stable,but the blocking capacity was lower than that in2008.The fixed base ratio of the number of tackles was higher than 1 except that it was lower than 1 in 2012,indicating that the ability of quick tackling has been improved since 2012.Except for 2008,the base ratio of offense is greater than 1,and the number of defensive fouls increases.Defensive rebounding is on the decline.The changes in the data reflect the team's defensive characteristics from adhering to the restricted zone to the perimeter fast defense,defense,defensive counterattack characteristics.But in the context of the overall basketball environment changes,Chinese men's basketball defense ability can not adapt to the development trend of the world basketball.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward some Suggestions on athlete selection,coach team building,basic training,antagonism and improvement of fast offensive and defensive ability.
