Research On The Distribution And Ptimization Of Public Sports Service Resources In Kunming City Community From The Perspective Of Supply And Demand

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the contradiction of urban community sports is gradually prominent.The growing demand of residents for urban comprehensive service functions is in contradiction with the backward urban service system,which requires the continuous upgrading of urban service system.Based on the theory of public sports service and resource allocation,this paper classifies the public sports service resources of urban communities into tangible resources and intangible resources by referring to the index classification of related public sports service resources and the theory of integrating urban community resources.Tangible public sports service resources include community material resources,human resources and financial resources.Intangible urban public sports service resources include community cultural resources,information resources and organizational resources.Based on the current situation of supply and demand of kunming city community resources,this paper finds out the problems and finds out the optimal strategy for the rational distribution of public sports service resources in kunming city communityThis paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,field investigation,interview,mathematical statistics,SWOT analysis and so on.Community public sports service resource allocation situation of kunming city carried on the thorough investigation,based on the perspective of supply and demand,in the first place in kunming city community public sports service supply situation,demand and consumer satisfaction survey,secondly based on the perspective of supply and demand of community public sports service resources layout strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of SWOT analysis,finally,starting from the actual needs of residents,put forward the optimization strategy.The results are as follows:First,tangible public sports service resources in the layout: sports venues are few,mainly in the open air,the main exercise site is the equipment area,the community sports site placement is not reasonable;Lack of professional staff,the main body of the organization is mainly property;Sports funds such as the basic situation.Theproblems existing in tangible public sports service resources are as follows: residents' daily exercise,they mainly choose projects with little requirements on the site,such as jogging and walking,and community equipment is not attractive,which cannot meet the diverse project choices of residents and affect their enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise.There is no social sports instructor,no one can timely guide in the professional technical action;The input of activity funds is not sustainable and the development of community public sports service resources is unbalanced.Second,the invisible public sports service resources layout mainly presents:there is no public sports service annual plan,sports activities are carried out less,commercial activities are more;Publicize the community information by the publicity board,without the residents' leading group and the relevant sports service supervision system;To the elderly activities.Problems exist in intangible public sports service resources: there is no annual plan for public sports service in relevant communities,and residents cannot make plans and arrangements in advance.The publicity method is simple,the publicity information is easy to cover,the information is not in place,the public sports service information is interrupted,the interaction between residents and the management is little,the management lacks supervision and restriction;The organization activity participation main body is single,the activity atmosphere is dull,lacks the vigor.Thirdly,The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the distribution and development of kunming urban community public sports service resources are as follows: the community's own characteristics and the needs of social development;The number of sports venues is small,the quality is not high,the placement of sports venues is unreasonable,lack of professional talents,the source of funds is single,the funds are tight,the activities are not optimistic,the effect of residents' activities is poor,the way of publicity is single,the content is updated slowly,the main body of the organization tends to the elderly,etc.The opportunity is the unique location advantage,the national and regional policy support;The imbalance of supply and demand,the "embarrassing shutdown" of policy implementation,the grim development of urban villages and aging.Fourth,kunming urban community public sports service resources layoutoptimization strategy is: to scope,build the ubiquity of health resources,pluralistic governance body,the development of financial resources accessible to supply,build diverse community sports fitness cultural services,broaden the community information influence strength,organize rich in content,vitality and pleasant space system.In this way,the distribution of public sports service resources in urban communities in kunming city is promoted to meet the service needs of community residents.
