Research On The Optimization Of Sports Resources Allocation In Urban Communities In Zaozhuang City Under The Background Of "Internet +"

The national attention to the cause of national fitness has accelerated the development of urban community sports.At the same time,the deficiencies in the allocation of urban community sports resources have gradually revealed,and the reasonable allocation of urban community sports resources has become very important.With the innovation of Internet technology,some difficult problems can be effectively solved through Internet technology,which makes it possible to combine the Internet with the allocation of urban community sports resources.Based on the relevant theories of community sports resources allocation,this paper divides Zaozhuang city community sports resources into material resources and non-material resources.The material resources of urban community sports include human resources,material resources and financial resources of community sports;the non-material resources of urban community sports include information resources,organization and management resources and cultural resources of community sports.Combined with the supply and demand of community sports resources in Zaozhuang City,this paper provides optimization strategies for the allocation of community sports resources in Zaozhuang City.By using the methods of literature review,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and analyzes the allocation of physical and non-material resources of Zaozhuang Urban Community Sports,obtains the sports needs of Zaozhuang Urban Community residents,and finds out the problems in the allocation of urban community sports resources.Through the design of Internet sharing platform,this paper combines the supply and demand of Zaozhuang Urban Community Sports Resources Finally,the following conclusions are drawn(1)Zaozhuang City Community Residents in sports personnel,the gender ratio is more balanced,the elderly is the main sports group,community residents exercise frequency is relatively high,time is relatively fixed,sports project selection is more extensive.(2)Zaozhuang city community sports material resources allocation,social sports instructors gender imbalance and lack of high-level guidance personnel,community sports volunteer recruitment channels are limited,lack of venues and facilities,and the phenomenon of illegal occupation and old damage,community sports financial resource structure is relatively single.(3)Zaozhuang City Community Sports non-material resources allocation,the lack of innovation in urban community sports information publicity,leading to low efficiency of community resident access to sports information resources.There are few communities that set up sports department alone,and the management of community morning and evening training centers is lack of organization and discipline.(4)This paper introduces Internet thinking and technology into Zaozhuang city community sports resources allocation system,realizes the point-to-point connection between the demand side and the supply side of Zaozhuang city community sports resources through the Internet sharing platform,and combines the internal operation and external promotion of the platform to make Zaozhuang city community sports resources allocation optimization mechanism run.
