Educational beliefs are teachers' recognition and belief in certain educational undertakings,educational theories,and basic educational ideas and principles.Educational beliefs have a motivating,basic,leading,and comprehensive guiding role in teachers' educational thoughts and educational actions,and are part of the quality of teachers.Studying teachers' educational beliefs is conducive to the development of teachers' professional competence and the promotion of rural teachers' teaching level.The dissertation uses field survey method,observation method and interview as the main data collection method,to study and live with the rural teachers in the research area,to intuitively understand the manifestation of rural teachers' educational beliefs,and based on the American psychologist Bronfinbrunn.The ecosystem theory proposed by Urie Bronfenbrenner analyzes the formation of rural teachers' educational beliefs.According to investigation and analysis,the education beliefs of rural teachers can be divided into two basic orientations,namely,the personal interest orientation centered on the individual and the personal sense orientation centered on the surrounding environment.In the process of forming teachers' educational beliefs,teachers' personal growth environment,personal experience,personal characteristics and other personal factors,the attitude of local students' parents towards education,various rigid rules and regulations of schools,national education policies,and public opinion will affect rural teacher's Educational beliefs.This study presents in more detail the form of education beliefs of rural teachers in the border areas of Yunnan and the factors that influence the formation of teachers' education beliefs.It aims to provide some references for the construction of local teachers.
