As a high school math teacher who has studied calculus in college,I know the importance of calculus for a high school student.The college entrance examination syllabus requires a high degree of derivatives,the calculus part of mathematics is even more important.Taking advantage of the change of calculus in the new curriculum standard of high school mathematics,and in order to improve my own teaching quality,the author tries to discuss the concept teaching of calculus in high school.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,focusing on the background of the problem,the significance of the research and the application value;the content and methods,the research methods include literature,interview,experiment and questionnaire.The literature method refers to the collection of domestic and foreign studies on calculus to understand its current situation,the method of interview means that the author understands the status quo of the teaching of calculus concept in senior middle school through interviews with some teachers,and the methods of experiment and questionnaire are to verify the effectiveness of the teaching suggestions.The second part introduces the literature review and related theories.The third part sums up some problems in the teaching of the concept of calculus in senior middle school through interviews with some senior middle school mathematics teachers,the author summarizes some problems existing in the concept teaching of calculus in high school.The author puts forward five Suggestions on this issue through thinking:(1)to show the educational form of calculus;(2)paying attention to the role of information technology in the concept teaching of calculus;(3)seeking help from the third generation of calculus for concept teaching;(4)to explore the value of high school mathematical modeling courses;(5)paying attention to the infiltration of moral education.And trying to do a teaching design about the concept of derivative,hoping to be helpful to practice teaching.The fourth part is the teaching practice and the effect appraisal.The author gives some recommendations to the selected sample class teacher,the teacher according to the author's recommendations,makes some adjustments to the teaching method.In the aspect of teaching experiment,the author chooses the experimental class and the control class,andanalyzes the data of the pre-test and the post-test results of the two classes' calculus concept teaching experiment to find out whether there are differences between the students' results before and after the teaching experiment.Questionnaire survey is focusing on the evaluation of classroom teaching,including students' enthusiasm for learning,classroom participation,the effectiveness of patriotic education.The results of the experiment and the questionnaire survey show that the suggestions are effective.The fifth part is the conclusion of the paper and the author's reflection on the whole research process.
