| The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC points out that the cultivation of talents is inseparable from innovation education.The Common High School Curriculum Standards(Revised in 2017 Edition 2020)state that mathematical modeling activities develop students’ creative abilities by solving practical problems through mathematical models,thereby enriching their mathematical core qualities.In 2019,the new textbook of Senior Mathematics PEP has also added the related contents of mathematical modeling activities,but in the actual teaching,the students lack of experience in mathematical activities,resulting in the teaching effect of mathematical modeling activities is not ideal.The "four bases",such as the basic activity experience,which is put forward under the new curriculum idea,require teachers to pay attention to the process of forming students’ thought and accumulating activity experience.In view of this,this paper studies the teaching design of mathematical modeling activities according to the connotation of the basic activity experience to improve the teaching effect.In the concrete research,first,we read a lot of literatures about the mathematical modeling activity and basic activity experience in senior high school,and analyze the present research situation.Secondly,based on the differences between the teaching of mathematical modeling and the traditional teaching,this paper analyzes the advantages of the teaching of mathematical modeling based on the teaching characteristics of mathematical modeling.Thirdly,the paper selects the students of H Middle School in Hubei Province to carry out the questionnaire survey of "teaching" and "learning" in mathematical modeling activities.In view of the above problems,this paper designs the teaching implementation scheme of mathematical modeling activities by taking the teaching steps of "starting,selecting,doing and concluding",and puts forward corresponding teaching implementation strategies: first,selecting the activity theme suitable for students and giving full play to the students’ dominant position;second,designing the questions that are easy to find out ideas and guiding students to reflect on the experience of activities;third,displaying the simple application of information technology and broadening students’ vision of mathematical application;fourth,observing the performance of students’ participation and adopting various forms of evaluation methods.Finally,according to the designed teaching scheme and implementation strategy,this paper designs a case of mathematical modeling activity,and analyzes and reflects the principles and strategies of teaching design. |
