| This study uses quantitative methods to explore the relationship among supervisory style,supervisory relationship and job satisfaction in mainland China.Taking the supervised social workers as the research object,257 questionnaires were distributed and 193 valid questionnaires were given,and the differences and correlation were analyzed by SPSS23.0.After statistical analysis,the results and findings are as follows:1.Basic Data: The average age of the respondents was 34 years old,nearly 80%were female,60% were married,70% were bachelor degree;80% had received professional education in social work and had professional license in social work.The average years of social work were 8.92 years and 7.53 years respectively.40% of respondents were fully engaged in direct service Nearly 80 per cent of institutional supervisors,60 per cent of external supervisors,70 per cent of individual supervisors and 4.68 group supervisors were set up every six months.2.Secondly,the supervised style is "Educational Guide","support educator","inaction peer",and finally "technology guide".Second,the difference of supervisory style in the overall supervisory relationship reached a significant level,the respondents under the "educational guider"(S2)and "support guider"(S3)models,the supervisory relationship of perception was higher than that of "technical guide"(S1)and "inaction peer"(S4)3.In terms of supervisory relations,the best relationship was perceived trust,the second was intimate,the third was power and sharing.There were significant differences and correlations between gender,education level,professional working years,working years of the organization,whether to set up the organization supervision,supervisor working years,individual supervision times and Group Supervision Times.4.Different education level,professional service years,institutional service years,social work professional license,whether to set up institutional supervision,individual supervision frequency,group supervision frequency,there are differences and correlation with job satisfaction.The overall job satisfaction of the "Educational Guide" was significantly higher than that of the "technical guide" and the "inaction guide",and the "support guide" was significantly higher than the "inaction peer".There was a significant positive correlation between supervisory relationship and overall job satisfaction.Finally,according to the above findings,the researcher makes some suggestions for the supervised,supervisor and social work supervisor. |
