Assessment of children's development is an important means to improve the quality of care and education,however,in practice,there are few assessment of children's development based on collective teaching activities.The collective teaching activity of kindergarten is regarded as the main way to achieve educational goal in the one-day activity,and it is also an important way for the assessment of children's development to be carried out in the real objective situation.This study uses questionnaire and interview method to investigate the current situation of teachers' assessment of children's development based on collective teaching activities,after analyzing and summarizing the current situation.At the same time,the researchers refer to the Shanghai Kindergarten Quality Evaluation Guide(Trial Draft)and the second phase of Shanghai Kindergarten Curriculum Reform Teaching Materials,based on the assessment approach for the consideration of collective teaching activities,and finally determine that the collective teaching activities based on middle-class teaching materials to carry out more assessment of the "pre-reading and pre-writing" sub-fields for assessment content,selected the teaching materials with its corresponding four themes in the background of the five collective teaching activities—— "I am on the side of the road" theme "the zebra line on the road" and "lost time","many friends in kindergarten" theme " Lambs and wolves","In the zoo" under the theme of "monkeys learn" and "cold winter" under the theme of "Snowman's New Year card".based on these five activities carrying out action study.around the research issues,to draw research conclusions.The results show that it is necessary to carry out assessment of children's development based on the collective teaching activities of middle class,and at the same time,it needs certain professional ability and method skills.The need to carry out assessment of children's development activities based on collective teaching activities should start from three aspects: The first is the pre-preparation strategy,including ensuring that the teaching activity is a normal situation,familiar with the connotation of assessment indicators and in-depth interpretation,determine methods and tools for collecting information on young children's performance,clarify the key links of collective teaching activities to collect information on young children's performance for assessment;The second is the implementation strategy,including the objective recording of children's original behavior performance by the method of observation,making moderate questions around children's indicators on young children,rational arrangement and control of teaching activity time,Finally is the feedback strategy,based on the assessment results,reflect on and improve the collective teaching activities and other educational activities,continuously follow up the performance level of young children.According to the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward the following recommendations for the assessment of children's development based on the collective teaching activities of middle class: for kindergarten,including the establish assessment mechanism for children's development,to provide pofessional support;secondly,for teacher,paying attention to the important value of the assessment of children's development based on collective teaching activities,improving the ability to interpret assessment criteria and content,and improving the ability to observe and record the behavior of young children.
