The “Kindergarten Work Regulations” promulgated in year 2016 requires teachers to encourage young children to choose their own game regarding the content,materials and partners,more specifically,the choices can be of the interests,the needs and the experiences of their own.However,in actual group teaching activities in kindergarten,taking children as the main body needs to be improved.Teachers choose the teaching content according to their own wishes,and the teaching is conducted according to the requirements of teachers,from that it can be seen that in collective group teaching activities,it is particularly important to adopt appropriate educational methods to promote the subjectivity of children.This research takes 10 middle classes and 10 top classes,altogether 20 videos of collective group teaching activities from “ The Hohhot City Kindergarten Core Teachers Basic Skills Competition”,to conduct observation and analysis on the subjective performances and behaviors of children and teaching behavior of teachers,for the purposes of: understanding the current status of their subjectivity's three dimensions,the initiative,the autonomy and the creativity,with middle and top classes children in collective group teaching activities,obtaining the performance results of children's subjective behavior in the course of these collective group teaching activities,and sorting out the insufficient performance of the children's subjective behavior and the lacking of teachers' guidance in those teaching activities.The results of the study show that in Hohhot City,the insufficient performance of children's subjective behaviors in the collective teaching activities of top and middle classes in kindergarten are: less interaction with teachers initiated by children,responded positively to teachers,more interactions among children,could participate consciously as required by the teachers,unable to choose the content of their activities independently,unableto choose operating materials to their preferences,very few opportunities of choosing their partners,could complete the task independently as of for most of the young children,few autonomous explorations by children,good fluency of thinking in answering questions,convergent and lacking of uniqueness with the answers to questions of teacher,and no need to face difficulties and solve the problem by themselves.The results also show that the insufficient of teacher's guidance with children's subjectivity are:feedback negatively,more closing questions and lacking of detailed inquiring,with improper guidance methods,unevenly distributed activity time,and with monotonous teaching methods.Based on the observation to the subjective performance of the middle and top classes children in collective teaching activities and the status analysis on teacher's guidance.from aspects of: establishing a harmonious teacher-child interaction model,designing activities around the main body of children,improving the quality of Question Time,controlling the attitude of actively guiding children,mastering a balanced time allocation for teaching activities,and applying multiple teaching methods flexibly,the study provides specific and practical suggestions for kindergartens to better promote the development of children's subjectivity in collective group teaching activities.
