Play sharing has great influence on promoting children's development.However,many teachers feel confused about how to organize this part.So our study aims to improve researcher's ability to organize play sharing effectively through action research,so as to provide effective play sharing strategies for kindergarten teachers and finally better support children's learning and development in play.Through analysis of the play sharing of action class in the early stage,we found that there were such problems: Firstly,the sharing process was led by teachers,and children's dominant position as learners was not prominent.Secondly,play sharing had too much things to communicate but teacher didn't know how to catch the most valuable point.Thirdly,the response of teachers was not very suitable that could timely comb and improve children's experience.Fourthly,teachers asked more closed questions that cannot stimulate children's thinking.All questions are due to teacher's lack of professional literacy and the fuzzy understanding of play sharing.According to the research needs,we set up a research team,started from the existing problems in play sharing of the action class,and made two rounds of action research plans and implemented them with the theoretical support of course generation and dialogue theory.Finally,research team sorted out several teacher's supporting strategies to improve the effectiveness of play sharing.We hope that they can provide referential action strategies for kindergarten teachers to improve their ability of play sharing.Firstly,weaken the authority of teachers,respect and understand children.Teachers should put aside the thinking set of adults and look at problems from the perspective of children.Teachers should create a loose and independent communication atmosphere for children and encourage them to express themselves in multiple ways.Secondly,capture valuable points and create appropriate topics.The content of sharing should start from children's interests and needs;Teachers need to set up theconcept of "developing children first".Thirdly,respond in a timely and effective manner,sort out and improve experience.Teachers should listen to children's ideas and give children timely response;Teachers can use a variety of thinking skills to help children make a wide range of connections.Fourthly,expand and extend the topic,stimulate children's thinking.Teachers should use open and pusher questions to broaden children's thinking;Teachers should inspire the dialogue between children and children themselves.Besides,we also propose to carry out some suggestions on play sharing's action research for teachers.Teachers can use team discussion to constantly adjust to find problems,use a variety of ways to record the game and share communication,and follow the principle of gradual action research process.
