With the continuous improvement of the country's demand for innovative high-quality talents,the reform of basic education is deepening,it is urgent to transform knowledge into quality.As one of the most innovative and inquiry subjects,chemistry has become the main position of the educational reform.What kind of model can more effectively integrate the core literacy into the chemistry classroom teaching? It puts forward new challenges to the teaching reform of the basic education of chemistry.The Tetra-Representation teaching mode highlights the students as the main body,which can effectively cultivate students' ability to transform macro,micro,symbols and data,as well as their ability to analyze and deal with charts and curves,which is of great practical significance to the cultivation of students' core literacy.Guided by the theory of core literacy,this paper took the overall knowledge framework of "Ionic Equilibrium in Aqueous Solution" in high school chemistry as the research system,and the Tetra-Representation thinking mode was used as the model tool to carry out the corresponding teaching design.Through interviews and course tests,students' mastery of the knowledge system and the application of Tetra-Representation in the teaching of "Ionic Equilibrium in Aqueous Solution" in high school chemistry were analyzed.According to the investigation and analysis,at present,in the middle school classroom teaching,teachers generally only pay attention to the cultivation of the traditional Triple-Representation of chemistry,but little attention is paid to the curve characterization.The results of students' curriculum test show that some students have cognitive barriers in the knowledge transfer between the four representations.According to the students' learning situation and the contents of the chapters,the corresponding teaching designs were carried out.Then these teaching designs were applied in the actual teaching practice,the teaching mode of Tetra-Representation was fully used,the cultivation of core literacy is combined with the classroom teaching process,and the teaching effect before and after the implementation of the teaching design were compared and analyzed.The results show that the students in the experimental class have a firmer grasp of the knowledge of "Ionic Equilibrium in Aqueous Solution" and achieve a high degree of teaching objectives.In view of the above,the corresponding teaching strategies are put forward: To organize and control the inquiry experiment teaching,to enhance the students' cognition of the macroscopic representation of chemistry;To improve the teaching methods,to change the micro knowledge into visualization and concretization;To cultivate the students' understanding of the connotation of chemical symbols and the transitional role of symbol representation;To strengthen the students' understanding of the chemical reaction process by using the curve representation in combination with the handheld technology experiment;To gradually cultivate the ability of students to expand and switch between the four representations.All in all,using the teaching mode of combining chemical core literacy with four representations,the basic chemical knowledge can be visualized structured and systematized.It can improve students' understanding of micro knowledge,enhance students' image thinking ability,make students easier to form and utilize chemical thinking,and also promote teachers' professional development.
