With the rapid development of the Internet,college students have been the largest and most active user group of the network,and the network has imposed a growing influence on college students.Benefiting from the virtuality,openness,interactivity and freedom of the network,college students can acquire a large amount of information therefrom at any time and in any place.However,the network is complex,mixed with all kinds of negative information,including falsified information,fraud information,junk information,phonographic information,etc.All this information has deeply influenced college students'ideological concepts and moral behaviors,thus leading to the emergence of problems,such as ambiguity of college students' network moral cognition,weakening of their network moral emotions,lack of code of conduct for college students' network behaviors,etc.These problems have posed new challenges to college students' network moral education.Therefore,from the perspective of ideological and political education,to constantly strengthen college students' network moral education through relevant theories and practical methods of ideological and political education is an important topic and major research issue of college students'moral construction in the new era.This paper proceeds from the research perspective of college students' network moral education,adopts several institutions of higher learning in Chongqing as the research objects,and carries out a questionnaire among these research objects.In the part of empirical research,classical cases are chosen for further analysis.From the perspective of ideological and political education,countermeasures for college students'network moral education is adopted as the research theme.Research methods,including literature research,questionnaire,and summary,are employed,with the problem thinking as the orientation,to carry out the research following the research logic of putting forward questions,analyzing questions,and solving questions.There are five chapters in this pap'er.Chapter 1 introduces the prerequisite of this research.Chapter 2 expounds on relevant concepts and their theoretical foundation so as to provide theoretical bases for the follow-up research.Chapter 3 is the empirical research,which points out problems existing among college students' moral education through survey and analysis.Chapter 4 responds to problems revealed by C hapter 3,and analyzes the causes behind these problems.According to the above problems and causes,Chapter 5 proposes countermeasures for strengthening of college students' network moral education from the perspective of ideological and political education.In the new era,strengthening of college students' network moral construction should adopt socialism with Chinese characteristics advocated by President Xi Jinping as the guideline,implement the spirit of "Implementation Guideline for Patriotic Education in the New Era" and"Implementation Guideline for Citizens' Moral Construction in the New Era",pay close attention to the status of college students'network morality,integrate ideological and political education with college students'network moral education,improve college students' cognition of network morality,standardize college students' network morality behaviors,enhance college students'network moral emotions,and guide students to establish a correct outlook on the world,life,values and network morality Only in this way can cyberspace seek sound development,and college students realize all-around development.
