Research For Internal Control Evaluation Of Higher Educational Institutions In Jilin Province

In recent years,with the increasing improvement of China's socialist market economy,in order to ensure the normal operation and development of colleges and universities in the new era,a scientific and standardized internal control system and a perfect internal control system have become crucial.Therefore,this article studies the internal control evaluation of public institutions of higher learning in Jilin Province,which has both theoretical and practical significanceThe research content of this paper is the internal control evaluation of colleges and universities in Jilin Province.First,the research background and significance of the internal control evaluation in colleges and universities are elaborated,and the domestic and foreign literatures are collected and compiled;second,the current status of internal control in public institutions of higher learning in Jilin Province Conducted a survey and conducted a detailed analysis of the survey results,constructed an internal control evaluation system for colleges and universities in Jilin Province,and determined the weights of internal control evaluation indicators;again,the comprehensive evaluation coefficient for internal control in colleges and universities in Jilin Province and the internal of C University were calculated Comprehensive evaluation coefficient of control;Finally,this article compares the two comprehensive evaluation coefficients,makes an evaluation of the overall level of internal control of colleges and universities in Jilin Province,analyzes the deficiencies in the internal control of colleges and universities in Jilin Province,and uses the specific internal control situation of C University For example,summarize the advantages and disadvantages of C University's internal financial control methods,and give suggestions to universities in Jilin Province.It is hoped that the research in this article can provide a certain degree of help to improve the internal control of colleges and universities in Jilin Province,and also provide theoretical reference for the research related to internal control evaluation in colleges and universities in Jilin Province and even the whole country.
