The development of education and training industry, makes the education training institutions got unprecedented development, education and training as the most valuable investment projects, strategic investors around the globe. At present, China's huge market space in the field of education and training, how in the increasingly fierce competition in the growing prosperity and education training market occupies A place and seek long-term development, is A training center must face and consider. X as responsible for the concrete implementation of the training center of Shaanxi province development and reform the system of personnel education training work plan education training institutions, to undertake the provincial development and reform personnel system tasks such as on-the-job education and job training. Since was established, every year to carry out all kinds of effective training work, contributing to shaanxi province out high quality people, strongly promote the economic development in shaanxi province and reform. However, as the change of new economic situation, the original training model has not completely meet the requirements of economic development and reform, in order to improve trainees post ability, for the deficiency of the current training work?This study through the literature review of training of the status quo at home and abroad and the current X training center facing the reality of the problems in personnel training, and puts forward the effect of the need for personnel training objective and scientific evaluation. Combined with theoretical research and management practice, considering the X training center training effect evaluation index system design there are both quantitative index and qualitative index, comprehensive evaluation target hierarchy, in order to express creatively using the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the actual effect of training, the study USES analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to explore the scientific index evaluation system, as the center to build a new method to evaluate training, to make up for the defect of the current training work lack of objective evaluation system, in order to better guide the personnel training work. The purpose of this study was to work for personnel training center of personnel training to provide a systematic and scientific theoretical guidance, and the design of index system combined with the reality of each center, in the hope of this study can have certain theoretical level and practical guiding value, thereby effectively for similar training center references are provided for the evaluation of training effect.
