Classroom teaching is a process in which teachers and students work together.In this process,teaching design provides a blueprint for teaching activities.Therefore,any mathematics teaching activities are inseparable from teaching design.With the advancement of the new curriculum reform,the front-line teachers should keep up with the requirements of the times and constantly improve their teaching design.Novice teachers and expert teachers as the starting point and end point of teacher development stage,their teaching design has significant differences.In this paper,a large number of domestic and foreign research results of teaching design are summarized,the definition of teaching design is sorted out,the definitions of novice teachers and expert teachers are defined,and the research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,case analysis,classroom observation are used to make a comparative study of the teaching design of novice teachers and expert teachers.Firstly,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on junior middle school mathematics novice teachers and expert teachers,which mainly focused on four aspects: teaching task,teaching goal,teaching plan and teaching reflection,and uses the data from spss20.0 statistical software for differential analysis,and it is concluded that there are some differences between expert teachers and novice teachers in teaching design.Secondly,this paper makes a qualitative comparison of the contents of teaching design in "the determination of the equilateral triangle" and discusses the differences between expert teachers and novice teachers in the teaching design of the equilateral triangle from the four aspects of teaching task,teaching goal,teaching scheme and scheme reflection,analyzes the reasons for the differences,and then finds out the novice teachers' shortcomings.This paper puts forward some suggestions for the novice teachers to improve their teaching design ability and shorten the period for them to grow into expert teachers.
