The party and the country have always paid attention to the cultivation of graduate student's values,and the development of their values is related to the direction of national talent cultivation.According to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,attribution and the demand of the love in face-to-face interpersonal interaction that can be obtained in the reality of social support.When this part of the need to a certain degree of satisfaction,it will promote the individual pursuit of a higher demand.Individual demand for respect and self-realization can get part in values,thus the satisfaction of real social support can promote the development of values.Along with the development of the network,individual began to seek social support in the network,and the model of "the rich get richer" shows that individual reality of interpersonal skills in the network applies,more individual and social support networks or more social support,and individuals in the network to obtain the support.It can provide enough power for the development of values,and real social support may through the online social support impact on individual values.When individuals are in the process of development,protective factors can help individuals develop positive qualities more smoothly.As a protective factor in individual development,internet altruistic behaviors can work together with social support in the network environment and have a positive impact on values.Therefore,this study mainly discusses the status quo,correlation and mechanism of variables.Select 8 universities in 7 cities in Henan province of 1112 graduate student as the research object.First study discuss graduate student's real social support,online social support,internet altruistic behavior and values and the analysis of the differences of demographic variables;Second study based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the model of "rich get richer",real society support for the independent variables,the online social support for the intermediary variable,internet altruistic behavior for moderator variables,the values for the dependent variable,build the regulation of a mediation model,and discuss the relationship between the graduate student real social support,online social support,internet altruistic behavior and values and the mechanism of action.The main results of the study are as follows:(1)The average value of contemporary graduate students was from high to low,in order of ability to be self-support/respect,integrity,love/happiness,public interest,conformity,family/equilibrium,money/power,prestige;The ranking of social support mean from high to low was subjective support,utilization degree of support and objective support.The average ranking of online social support from high to low was information support,affection support,peer support and instrumental support.The average order of internet altruism behavior from high to low was internet-support,internet-reminding,internet-sharing and internet-guidance.(2)The values of integrity,self-support/respect,public interest,prestige,and love/happiness,internet altruistic behavior of contemporary graduate students had significant differences in different genders.Girls scored significantly higher than boys in the values of integrity,self-support/respect,and public interest,and boys scored significantly higher than girls in the values of prestige,love/happiness,and online altruism;The values of money/power and online society support of contemporary graduate students varied significantly in the location of family.The scores of cities? were significantly higher than those of rural areas;The values of public interest of contemporary graduate students differ significantly in the types of postgraduates,and the score of academic postgraduates is significantly higher than that of professional postgraduates;There were significant differences in the dimensions of family/equilibrium,integrity,self-support/respect and public interest among contemporary graduate students.The scores of ordinary universities were significantly higher than those of the top universities;The values of integrity,self-support/respect,prestige,and love/happiness dimensions of contemporary graduate students differed significantly in different family structures.The scores of single-parent families were significantly higher than those of nuclear families,and the scores of single-parent families were significantly higher than those of several generations.(3)Real social support,online social support,internet altruistic behavior and values of conformity and prestige were positively correlated.There was a positive correlation between real social support,online social support and internet altruistic behavior.Real social support and values of family/equilibrium,integrity,conformity,self-support/respect,public interest,prestige and love/happiness was positively related to online social support and values of money/power,family/equilibrium,integrity,conformity,self-support/respect,public interest,prestige and love/happiness was positively related.There was a positive correlation between internet altruistic behavior and values of conformity and prestige,and a negative correlation between online altruistic behavior and values of integrity.(4)The contemporary graduate student's online social support played a mediator role between real social support and values of integrity,conformity,self-support/respect,public interest and prestige and love/happiness.And internet altruistic behavior played moderator role between online social support and values of integrity,self-support/respect,public interest and love/happiness.In other words,with the improvement of online social support level,graduate students have a stronger identification with the values of integrity,self-support/respect,public interest and love/happiness under the condition of high level of internet altruism.
