Developing students of chemistry core literacy is a new requirement put forward by the Chemistry Curriculum Standard for Senior High School(2017),and it is also a hot research topic in the field of chemistry teaching.Developing inquiry activities in chemistry classroom teaching is a desirable method to develop students' chemistry core literacy.Therefore,this paper will infiltrate the chemical core literacy into the classroom inquiry activities,optimize the chemical classroom inquiry activities,and play role in developing chemical core literacy.First of all,respectively,from the domestic and foreign chemistry classroom development status of inquiry activities were organized to understand the development process of classroom inquiry activities and its application in teaching.Secondly,it briefly discusses the concept,elements and classification of inquiry activities,and discusses the theoretical basis of inquiry activity design from the perspective of Marxist epistemology,constructivist learning theory and multiple intelligence theory.Furthermore,from the perspective of teachers and students to analyze the status and problems of chemistry classroom inquiry activities,using the method of questionnaire survey.Through the data analysis,it is concluded that in the actual chemistry classroom inquiry activities,there are some problems,such as low participation rate of students,and the inquiry effect is not obvious.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of the above problems from the three aspects of teachers,students and teaching environment,and accordingly puts forward corresponding optimization strategies.For teachers,the lack of precise analysis of learning,the difficulty of raising questions and the narrow choice of inquiry content are the problems that restrict the concrete implementation of classroom inquiry activities,and the tendency of evaluation of inquiry results to use quantitative indicators is also one of the important reasons.Students' lack of understanding of high school chemistry,lack of knowledge reserves,unclear purpose and methods of inquiry are the main factors that limit students' active participation.In some areas,there are constraints of inadequate conditions and facilities and secondary objective reasons for teaching tasks.In this regard,from the preparation stage,the implementation stage and the overall evaluation stage,we designed two practical classroom inquiry activity teaching cases,the essence of oxidation-reduction reaction and the reaction of sodium peroxide and water,and made a return visit.
