| With the development of modern education reform,the research on the cultivation of students’ core literacy and the life-long development of students has attracted more and more attention from educators.Chemistry has developed a large number of new materials for the development of modern technology,and proposes more scientific approaches and methods to solve energy,environmental protection and resource recycling,and provides a broad material basis for the improvement of human quality of life and the prevention and treatment of diseases.As an applied natural science,through the study of chemistry knowledge and the cultivation of experimental skills,it can greatly enhance the rigor and order of students’ thinking,and promote the development of inquiry and innovation capabilities,and provide high-quality builders for the society.It can be seen that the research on the cultivation strategy of chemistry core literacy is worthy of continuous exploration in the education circle and put it into practice.Of course,this is a long-term,arduous,and non-stop process.It requires a gradual and orderly process.It requires long-term exploration,practice and reflection by relevant national functional departments,schools,and chemistry educators.The Chemistry Olympiad has continued in China to this day,and it has cultivated many outstanding chemistry talents with the potential for chemical development.Chemical competition not only selects and trains chemical talents,but also actively promotes the reform of Chemistry teaching courses.Studies have shown that students have improved their core chemistry literacy during the training of the Chemistry Olympiad.Therefore,it is an important topic to study the influence of Chemistry Olympiad on senior high school students’ chemistry core literacy.This article investigates how the Chemistry Olympiad affects the core literacy of high school students in the discipline of chemistry.Research methods such as questionnaire surveys and interviews are mainly used in this study,the results of questionnaire survey and interview are highly consistent.First,by investigating the education status of the core literacy of high school students in chemistry,comparing and analyzing the core literacy level of chemistry subjects of Olympic and non-Olympic students,the study found that the training of chemistry olympics indeed improved the core literacy of high school students in chemistry;Then,the research summarized the common thinking methods in the Chemistry Olympiad,and the survey of the core literacy of the chemistry discipline in the chemistry Olympiad questions in the past five years.Finally,analyze the impact of the Chemistry Olympiad on students’ thinking ability and the cultivation of the chemistry Olympiad for students’ core literacy in chemistry,and integrate the training of the chemistry Olympiad with the cultivation of chemistry core literacy,and provide new ideas for the cultivation of core literacy.This research aims to help people understand how the chemistry Olympiad affects the core literacy of students’ chemistry disciplines,provide some teaching concepts that can be used for reference for the reform and development of chemistry education,and provide a reference for the country to select talents. |
