Relevant research and practice at home and abroad have shown that teach er-student interaction plays an important role in teaching.At present,the trend of education reform and development in the world has more and more clearly emphasized the discussion and research on the process of education and teachi ng.It is the core to establish a positive,appropriate and harmonious interaction between teachers and students,which is also an important task of China's edu cation and teaching reform.On July 8,2019,the Central Committee of the Co mmunist Party of China and the State Council issued the opinions on deepenin g the reform of education and teaching and improving the quality of compulso ry education in an all-round way,which put forward "strengthening the role of the main position of the classroom and effectively improving the quality of cl assroom teaching" It emphasizes the importance of the teaching quality of the front-line classroom.In recent years,CLASS,which is widely used in foreign countries,is mainly used to measure the interaction quality of teachers and stu dents in the classroom.Because of its large amount of preliminary research,da ta collection,factor analysis and confirmatory test,class is proved to be an eff ective and credible observation tool for classroom teacher-student interaction,w hich can be used to measure the quality of teacher-student interaction Level.T his study uses K-3 CLASS as the research tool to study the scores of teacherstudent interaction in three fields and ten dimensions in the first,second and t hird grades of Shanghai primary school.The results show that the quality level of teacher-student interaction in the classroom,emotional support is the high est,which is at a high level;the second is class organization,teaching suppor t is the lowest which is at a medium level.The quality level of teacher-studen t interaction is affected by the demographic characteristics of teachers(age),th e working years of teachers(teaching age)and the overall situation of teachers' professional development(professional title).Combined with the interactive ob servation sheet,the paper analyzes the current situation of the interaction and t he strategies teachers use in the interaction.Through the interview of teacher interaction,it is found that teachers' concept and teaching experience will have an impact on the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of int eraction from the perspective of teachers.
