With the rapid development of economy and science and technology,China's democracy and legal system are constantly improving,and senior high school students' awareness of public participation is obviously enhanced.Ideological and political course is an important platform for training socialist builders and successors,"Political Life" is one of the compulsory textbooks for high school students,and plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating high school students' public participation accomplishment.Therefore,through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of public participation literacy of senior high school students,this paper explores the strategies of cultivating public participation literacy of senior high school students in the teaching of "political life".In addition to the introduction,this paper consists of four parts.The first part is an overview of the theory.It mainly summarizes the meaning of public participation literacy in "political life" and the content embodiment of public participation literacy in "political life",so as to provide a solid theoretical basis for the research of this paper.The second part is about the present situation of the cultivation of public engagement literacy in the teaching of "political life".It is analyzed from two aspects:the political teachers' understanding of the public participation literacy and the current situation of the development of the public participation literacy of senior high school students.It is concluded that most political teachers can understand the literacy of public participation,and the value identity of public participation literacy of senior high school students is low,and there is a disconnection between practice and knowledge.The third chapter,through the analysis of the current status,makes an in-depth analysis of the problems and causes of the cultivation of public participation literacy in the teaching of "political life".Both teachers and students have different degrees of problems.There are some problems for teachers,such as not attaching importance to the cultivation of public participation literacy,paying more attention to knowledge teaching,imperfect teaching evaluation system and so on.There are some problems in the development of public participation literacy of senior high school students,such as lack of knowledge of public participation,awareness of public participation needs to be improved,lack of ability of public participation,less practice of public participation and so on.This paper mainly analyzes the causes of the problems in cultivating the literacy of public participation in the teaching of "political life" from both objective and subjective aspects.The objective level mainly includes the theoretical content of public participation literacy in teaching materials,the evaluation system is not perfect,etc.;the subjective level mainly includes single teaching methods,inadequate use of teaching materials,and so on.The fourth part is about the strategies of cultivating the literacy of public participation in the teaching of "political life".It mainly includes: promoting ideological and political teachers' attention to public participation literacy;supplementing relevant auxiliary teaching materials;optimizing classroom teaching to develop students' public participation literacy,such as carefully designing public participation teaching,adopting topic-based teaching,etc.;organize activity-oriented classrooms,skillfully use "Internet +" to broaden the practical ways of students' public participation;finally,improve the teaching evaluation system based on public participation literacy.
