| The core literacy of ideological and political subjects in senior high school is a leap in the transformation of subject education from "quality education" to "literacy education".The high school stage is a critical period for individuals to become socialized.As an important part of the core literacy of ideological and political disciplines,cultivating the public participation literacy of high school students is of great significance to their orderly participation in the country’s social life in the future and maintaining the stability of the country and society.The "Politics and the Rule of Law" module is the only module in the compulsory ideological and political textbooks for senior high school that systematically covers public participation.The three units contained in it are in line with the public participation awareness,cognition,ability and practice included in the public participation literacy.At present,there are many deficiencies in the cultivation of high school students’ public participation literacy in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",which need to be solved urgently.Therefore,by means of uses questionnaires and interviews,with high school students and high school political teachers as the research objects,to investigate and research the current situation of public participation literacy cultivation among high school students in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law".On the basis of the causes,the corresponding strategies are explored,hoping to put forward concrete and feasible implementation suggestions for the front-line teachers in the actual teaching of the "Politics and Rule of Law" module.The design of the questionnaire mainly focuses on three aspects:the attitude of students to public participation,the knowledge of public participation,and the practice of public participation.The design of teacher interviews mainly focuses on four aspects:the pre-class preparation link for teachers to cultivate students’ public participation quality in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",the theoretical teaching link in the classroom,the practical teaching link inside and outside the classroom,and the evaluation system for public participation teaching.Through the analysis of questionnaires and interviews,it is found that there are some deficiencies in the current teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law" in cultivating high school students’ public participation literacy:the simplification of teachers’ cultivation of public participation,the one-sidedness of high school students’ public participation literacy,and the practice teaching model of public participation inside and outside the classroom.test-oriented and public participation in the teaching evaluation system.And analyzes the reasons for these problems:the lack of professionalism of some teachers’ public participation literacy training,the regular restriction of the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students,the time and space limitations of practice activities inside and outside the classroom,and the limitations of the traditional teaching evaluation system.Aiming at the problems existing in cultivating high school students’ public participation literacy in the teaching of "Politics and the Rule of Law",this paper proposes solutions,including four aspects:the pre-class teaching preparation is based on the public participation literacy;the optimal methods and methods of classroom theoretical teaching;the practice inside and outside the classroom Enrich teaching forms and get rid of the constraints of time and space;optimize the teaching evaluation system and establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system for public participation. |
