A Case Study Of The Public Education Backdoor Listing

At present,domestic and foreign companies that want to seek higher development will focus on the capital market,because the capital market can provide a larger financing platform for enterprises.As for the way of listing,there are two common ways of backdoor listing and IPO.However,due to the strict requirements of IPO,some enterprises that cannot meet various conditions begin to turn to backdoor listing,so backdoor listing becomes an extremely important way.In addition to corporate visibility,listing will also bring performance and strategic management improvement.A review of many cases of backdoor listing in China shows that listed enterprises are concentrated in the real estate and express industry.For the education industry,successful cases are very rare,so there are shortcomings in the case study of listed education and training enterprises.In view of the above,through the backdoor listing of China public education case in-depth analysis,hope to provide experience education for the education industry listing.This paper makes a systematic research and analysis on the backdoor listing of zhonggong education by using the method of comparative study and case study.Firstly,it narrates and analyzes the listing methods and schemes to analyze the motivations of both sides of the transaction.At the same time,it USES comparative analysis to evaluate the performance of the listed companies and compares the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the wind to comprehensively show the beneficial impact of listing on the enterprises.This paper summarizes the successful experience of backdoor listing and further enriches the theoretical research on backdoor listing of educational enterprises.The starting point is to solve the problem of educational enterprises entering the capital market,and try to analyze the advantages of successful backdoor listing of educational enterprises.Finally,the problems in the case are summarized and solutions are proposed to provide experience for listed education and training enterprises in the future.
