The issue of employment has always been the hottest issue most concerned by the whole society.With the transformation of the market economy,the employment structure of my country's labor force has undergone tremendous changes.Flexible employment and new employment patterns are constantly emerging,and flexible workers have become a huge employment group that cannot be ignored in the labor market.According to the "2019 China White Paper on Flexible Employment Development",91.80% of workers are willing to engage in flexible employment,and 68.70% of enterprises will adopt flexible employment in the future.According to "China's Sharing Economy Development Report 2020",the number of my country's sharing economy participants is about 800 million in 2019,including about 78 million service providers,and the flexible employment model is developing rapidly.However,flexible workers face many difficulties in the process of employment selection,and are also affected by many factors such as individual characteristics,human capital,social capital,and institutional factors.As a result,flexible workers have uncertainty about future employment choices.Therefore,the paper summarizes the influencing factors of the four types of flexible employment choices,and analyzes how much each factor affects the flexible employment choices,so as to put forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for flexible employment choices,and promote the realization of high Quality employment is of great significance.The thesis defines the conceptual connotations of flexible employment,flexible works,and employment choices.It uses literature research,questionnaire surveys,qualitative analysis,and empirical analysis research methods,taking labor market segmentation theory,human capital theory,job search theory,and rational behavior theory as the Theoretical basis,with the help of CSS2017 survey data,analyzes the basic characteristics,industry distribution and income differences of flexible works,summarizes the differences in flexible employment choices in different regions,levels and policies,and analyzes the flexible works in employment choices problems in the process,such as the difficult to protect workers' rights in new employment relationships,flexible employment service system is not complete,the poor employment stability,and the human resources are concentrated in the low-end service industry.The reason for this is the lack of relevant laws and regulations,the demand for employment services for flexible works is not taken seriously,low recognition of flexible workers and the less human capital investment.The thesis combines the questionnaire survey data to construct a binary logistic regression analysis model,and uses SPSS22.0 software to empirically analyzethe influencing factors of flexible employment.The study found that: age in individual characteristic variables is the main factor affecting the employment choices of flexible works,and gender and marital status are secondary factors influencing their employment choices;in the human capital variables,the education level,working years,and monthly income levels affect their The main factors for employment selection are employment skills,which are secondary factors;the social capital variables of the family economic situation and the situation of the elderly and children are the main factors.The secondary factor of choice;social insurance,employment training,and employment service system among the institutional variables are the main factors affecting their employment choices.According to the empirical analysis results and the problems of flexible works,countermeasures and suggestions are proposed: strengthen public policy support;accelerate the construction of flexible employment service system;increase the stability of flexible employment;increase human capital investment for flexible workers;expand the range of employment choices for fexible workers,etc.By studying the influencing factors of flexible employment,the thesis hopes to help flexible works make better employment choices,in order to promote the healthy development of flexible employment.
