The diversity,dispersivity and mobility of flexible forms of employment have promoted the development of flexible employment.This means that college graduates have many choices in the flexible job market in the new situation.In particular,the employment concept of college graduates pursuing flexible and free working concept is no longer confined to standard employment.Various factors promote the increasing number of college graduates to participate in flexible graduation.Flexible employment has become an effective way for college graduates to realize their personal value better in society.This article takes Datong of Shanxi Province as an example to study the background of the flexible employment of university graduates.Through the review of the research background,research significance and research summary of the flexible employment of university graduates,this paper defines the concept and characteristics of the flexible employment of university graduates.Based on the theory of Keynes doctrine,the rationing of C lark's theorem and the theory of limited rationality,the social methods such as questionnaire,interview and literature research are used.By sorting out the survey data and analyzing the situation of flexible emp loyment of college graduates in five cities in Datong for nearly five years(from 2013 to 2017),the correlation of college graduates' satisfaction with flexible employment is investigated and analyzed,and the income,social security participation,employment recognition,and employment training are obtained.There is a significant correlation between face and graduates' satisfaction with flexible employment.Through the combination of deep interview and questionnaire survey,it also analyzes the following problems in the flexible employment of college graduates in Datong: there are two problems of low awareness of flexible employment in the social groups and college graduates;the participation rate of social insurance is low,the atmosphere of participation is poor;the graduation of flexible employment service is not perfect,graduation is not perfect.Students can not enjoy flexible employment services,lack of legal protection for flexible employment and difficulties in safeguarding graduates' rights.A iming at the problem of flexible employment for graduates,the countermeasures are put forward from the government,employers,universities and graduates.The main countermeasures are as follows: the government should encourage flexible employment and carr y out important measures;the employers should create a fair working environment and strengthen employment;the schools should attach importance to flexible employment and build up.Employment platform;college graduates should choose flexible employment scientifically and improve their abilities.Only the four main bodies to promote the flexible employment of college graduates can cooperate and cooperate with each other,so as to help the flexible employment graduates to truly carry out decent work,improve the quality of employment and increase the satisfaction of employment.
