With the continuous reform of the curriculum,the position of biological experiments in the field of high school biology is becoming more and more important,and the requirements for students' biological experiment ability are also increasing.In recent years,some provinces and cities across the country have incorporated the high school biology experiment operation test into the high school academic qualification test,which has become one of the important means to evaluate the core literacy of students' biology.The high school biological experiment operation test not only helps to promote the further development of the biology classroom experiment teaching,but also can promote the students' interest in biological learning,biological experiment knowledge and biological experiment ability.However,the research found that the current high school biology experimental operation test is only carried out in some provinces and cities with conditions and only applied to the high school academic level test,but not in the ordinary experimental teaching,so that most students only carry out simple experimental operation training before the test,losing the significance of the experimental operation test itself.Therefore,this study applies the experimental operation test to the high school biological experiment teaching,in order to improve the high school biological experiment teaching link better and make experimental operation test develop better.This study adopts literature research,investigation research,interview and other research methods to carry out practical research on experimental operation examination of high school biology.Firstly,the author investigated the current situation of a high school biology experimental operation test in Guilin,Guangxi Province,and found that the main method of the biological experiment test in the school was paper-and-pencil test,which lacked the specific operation test for students.Secondly,on the basis of referring to relevant theories and previous research results,the author has designed the specific implementation process of the high school biology experiment operation test based on the 2017 edition of "General High School BiologyCurriculum Standards" and the 2019 National College Entrance Examination Biology Examination Outline,including determine the content of the experimental operation exam,determine the objective of the experimental operation exam,determine the standard of the experimental operation exam,determine the format of the experimental operation exam,and formulate test questions and scoring standards for the experimental operation exam.Finally,in this practical study,the author took two parallel classes in the first grade of senior high school as the research object to carry out the experimental operation assessment,and selected three experiments of "using high-power microscope to observe several cells","detecting sugars in biological tissues" and "water absorption and loss of plant cells" in compulsory one of senior high school biology as the experimental content.After three experimental operation examinations,the following experimental results were obtained: the first experimental operation examination pass rate was 59%,the second experimental operation examination pass rate was 77%,and the third experimental operation examination pass rate was 90%.The author mainly evaluates the effect of the implementation of the experimental operation test on the students' biological learning interest,biological experiment results and biological experiment ability from three aspects: students' biological learning interest,biological experiment results and biological experiment ability.Based on the results of practical research and evaluation,the author comes to the following conclusion: the implementation of the senior high school biology experiment operation test can not only effectively cultivate students' interest in biology courses,improve students' knowledge scores of biology experiments,but also effectively help students form good habits of biology experiments and promote the development of students' abilities of experiment operation.In order to improve the conclusion of this study further,the author puts forward several prospects for the future of this study :(1)The experimental types of experimental operation tests can be increased.In the experimental operation tests,open experiments such as inquiry and design can be added,so that students' scientific thinking and creativity can be better developed.(2)Expand the number and range of samples,and select more classes and students of different grades for the experimental operation test.(3)To listen to the opinions of experts from various aspects,modify the experimental operation test questions and the test score table,build the test question bank,and develop the operable test scoring standards,so that teachers can better set the questions and make the experimental operation test more standardized and standardized.
