In the course reform of biology,it was emphasized many times that teachers should pay attention to the learning of students' concepts.The concept of biology is an important basis for analyzing biological phenomena and facts,it is an important part of biology.A large number of studies have shown that before students enter the classroom to learn scientific concepts,their minds are not blank.Through observation and thinking,they have formed their own views and opinions,which are collectively referred to as "preconception",and preconception has an important impact on students' learning.In order to improve the purpose and effect of teaching,teachers need to timely and accurately obtain students' preconception and implement conceptual change teaching on the basis.Combining domestic and foreign relevant researches,I devoted to taking the eighth grade of the Human Education Edition " Living Healthily " as the research content,the eighth grade students of Jingning County XX Middle School in Gansu Province are the research objects to carry out the practical study on the Preconceptions of Biology and Their Transformations.First,collect and sort out the articles related to preconception and conceptual change,and analyze the domestic and foreign relevant researches to lay a foundation for this study.Secondly,on the basis of articles,prepare an outline of teacher interview to survey the views of biology teachers on the preconception,and then questionnaires were prepared to survey the current situation of students' conceptual learning and the preconception of students under the theme of " Living Healthily ".On this basis,the conceptual change strategy is applied to carry out in the section "Infectious Diseases and Their Prevention" and "Immunization and EPI",and the effect of conceptual change teaching is analyzed.The results show that students have a large number of preconceptions before learning " Living Healthily ".The preconceptions of students mainly come from the accumulation of daily life experience,the infiltration of concepts between subjects,the influence of teachers,individual cognitive ability and the influence of media.By referring to "NN three-step teaching model",the changing strategy of three-step preconception is proposed:(1)reveal preconceptions;(2)introduce new concepts,produce cognitive conflicts;(3)review the new concept,form new concept schema.It is found that conceptual change teaching can effectively reduce students' preconceptions by applying conceptual change strategy to practice research.However,the implementation of conceptual change teaching with relatively few preconception is not very helpful to the improvement of classroom efficiency.
