With the development of the national economy,air-conditioning has gradually become a necessity for people's daily life and work.Universities are one of the places where air-conditioning is widely used.Due to the large number and variety of air-conditioning in universities,the traditional manual management method is difficult to achieve the desired management effect,resulting in irregular operation,unmanned operation,high load operation and other problems in the use of air-conditioning,resulting in unnecessary energy consumption.At the same time,the unreasonable use of air-conditioning also increases the risk of air-conditioning failure.In view of this,this thesis designs and implements a set of monitoring and management system of air-conditioning in universities from the perspective of management,using remote control technology and big data technology to realize the remote monitoring and management of air-conditioning in universities without changing the original layout of the buildings in universities.At the same time,with the popularization of video surveillance equipment in college classrooms,this thesis introduces deep learning technology,combined with video surveillance equipment,to achieve intelligent control of air-conditioning.This thesis mainly researched and designed from the following four aspects:(1)Aiming at the difficulty of manual management of air-conditioning in universities,a centralized remote monitoring scheme is adopted,that is,in terms of hardware,RS485 bus technology and Ethernet technology are used to connect air-conditioning to the gateway according to the type of air-conditioning interface;in terms of software,according to the communication protocols of various air-conditioning,custom-develop and deploy corresponding communication programs on the gateway side to convert different protocols,and provide a unified query and control interface for upper-layer applications.This solution achieves differentiated access to air-conditioning and unified monitoring and management.(2)Combined with big data technology,it solves the problems of data collection,transmission,processing and storage in the air-conditioning monitoring and management system of universities.Different data collection methods are designed for different sources and types of data;real-time upload of log data and image data is realized through Kafka stream processing platform;real-time data and historical data are processed using the Spark computing framework;the HDFS file system hybrid storage solution ensures the query efficiency of real-time data and solves the storage problem of historical data.(3)Based on the use of big data technology to ensure the real-time performance of the monitoring image,combined with the YOLOv3 algorithm and remote control technology,the intelligent control function of the air-conditioning is designed.This function uses the trained YOLOv3 model to detect and count the number of people in the uploaded image,identify the idle classroom based on the statistical results,and automatically turn off the air-conditioning running in the idle classroom.The intelligent control function helps reduce the occurrence of high-load operation and unmanned operation of the air-conditioning.(4)Designed and implemented the visual interactive interface of the college air-conditioning monitoring and management system.Web development technology is used to provide users with Web browser and Wechat Mini Program to monitor and manage the air-conditioning remotely.This thesis combines remote control technology,big data technology,deep learning technology and web development technology to design and implement the air-conditioning monitoring and management system in universities.This system has complete functions,solves the problems of inconvenient management and unreasonable use of air-conditioning in universities,and provides a management system with low cost,simple operation,various functions and beautiful interface for the management of air-conditioning in universities.In conclusion,this system is of great significance for energy saving and management of air-conditioning in universities.
