Application Research Of Cloud Accounting In H University's Total Budget Management

The comprehensive budget management of colleges and universities is aimed at realizing the long-term strategy of sustainable development of schools,rationally deploying and effectively utilizing school resources,and promoting the modern management mechanism of steadily increasing the value of schools.The low level of budget preparation,low implementation efficiency,and poor performance appraisal are the more common problems in the current budget management model,which ultimately leads to serious waste of school resources.The overall budget management of schools is ineffective and the expected goals are difficult to achieve.Under this background,how to improve the overall budget management level,improve the efficiency of resource use,and maintain the sustainable development of colleges and universities is an issue that cannot be slack and needs to be explored.For the comprehensive budget management of colleges and universities,cloud accounting,an advanced technology,can quickly integrate and share data,conduct mining analysis and timely adjustment,and optimize the lack of comprehensive budget management in schools.Based on the current development trend of colleges and universities,this paper describes the necessity of introducing cloud accounting technology in China's colleges and universities under the background of big data and cloud computing,and the role of cloud accounting as the basis for comprehensive budget management in colleges and universities under the background of big data.The budget management is the same as that of most universities in the country.Therefore,this paper takes H University as a specific case,comprehensively uses the literature research method,case study method and expert consultation method,briefly introduces the basic situation of the university,and then analyzes the organization system of the comprehensive budget management of the university and the problems existing in the operation system.The advanced technology and concept of big data and cloud accounting,built a comprehensive budget management framework and process based on cloud accounting,and put forward the optimization strategies of corresponding problems to promote the effective improvement of the budget management level of H colleges and universities,and give full play to the comprehensive budget management in colleges and universities.The functions that should be in place should actually solve the problem of waste of school resources.It is hoped that the use of cloud accounting to study the comprehensive budget management of H colleges can provide some reference for the budget management of other universities.
