In recent years,the wave of "Chinese fever" has swept the world.The new situation in which Chinese is popular worldwide has increased the number of Chinese teachers and put forward higher requirements for the quality and professional development of Chinese teachers.As an important part of overseas Chinese teachers,local Chinese teachers have natural advantages in thinking habits and cultural background.Because of the influence of local cultural,educational background and teaching experience,they often form their own with localized characteristics.The system of their teaching style is embodied in various aspects such as professional identity,teaching methods,teacher-student relationship,etc.,actually forming a set of practical knowledge system.In recent years,scholars have conducted a lot of discussion and in-depth research on the definition,composition content,influencing factors,and generation and development paths of teachers' practical knowledge.However,in the field of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,there are very few researches on foreign teachers and from the perspective of teachers' practical knowledge.Therefore,based on my actual teaching experience in Hungary,the author conducts classroom observation analysis and semi-structured interviews with a local Chinese teacher with rich teaching experience in the form of a case study to explore the structural content of his practical knowledge.This research has the following findings:(1)Self-knowledge:a strong sense of self-efficacy;Develop his own teaching style in practice,a strict and lenient attitude towards students,and a harmonious teacher-student relationship;possess educational research capabilities and professional development awareness,reflect on teaching,and actively seek professional development opportunities.(2)Subject knowledge:Chinese subject knowledge,pedagogical knowledge,curriculum knowledge,collection of teaching resources and application of modern teaching techniques.(3)About students' knowledge:understand the educational environment and overall learning style characteristics of students,understand students'learning motivation and needs,and adjust teaching content flexibly;treat students with strictness and tolerance,and the classroom atmosphere is relaxed and harmonious;in practice China has constantly improved its own way of reflecting on the teacher-student relationship.(4)Milieu knowledge:understand Hungarian society,culture and education,establish good interpersonal relationships;be able to reflect on themselves in specific situations,improve their own teaching behaviors and methods,etc.The author hopes that through this research,it will help deepen the mutual understanding and cooperation between Chinese and Hungarian Chinese teachers,provide help for future Chinese language teachers abroad to understand the teaching situation in the country where they are going,and provide reference suggestions for the training of Chinese teachers in China.
