With the advancement of new curriculum reform,education level unceasing enhancement,the scholars more and more attention to teacher professional development.Teachers’ practical knowledge as an important knowledge base of teachers’ professional development,the most rapid development in the new stage.As a result,the novice teachers expected to achieve self-growth,improve their professional level,just need to improve their practical knowledge through various channels of rich and development.This article selects a novice elementary school language teacher,through classroom observation,field interviews and other methods,in the form of narrative to its present state of knowledge,and the case practice,mainly on the influence factors of their practical knowledge,content structure,development mode and production means,and so on carries on the analysis and research.This article mainly from the following five parts:The first part is introduction,introduces the research origin,research value,research methods,the establishment of the research object,research,data collection,research ethics problems,through literature reading,present domestic and external related study of novice teachers and teachers’ practical knowledge,and to review,to define the core concepts in the study of and combed the related the theoretical basis of teacher practical knowledge research.The second part is the narrative presentation and interpretation of the practical knowledge development of the research object W teacher,which mainly describes the story of her education growth and the life of teaching work.The third part mainly analyzes the current situation,content structure,development mode and generation way of teacher W’s practical knowledge development.The fourth part puts forward the conclusion and suggestion,based on the analysis of the case and the way of comprehensive practical knowledge development,and puts forward the development strategy to promote the practical knowledge of novice teachers.Through the case study of the practical knowledge of teacher W,it can be found that the development of its practical knowledge system is influenced by many factors,and it is constantly improved and developed with the accumulation of experience.
