The primary school teaching in China has always attached importance to calculation."Mathematics curriculum standard(2011 Edition)" changes "computing ability" to "computing ability",which emphasizes correct operation,understanding calculation theory and mastering algorithm.It can be seen that the state pays more and more attention to the cultivation and improvement of students' computing ability.According to the age characteristics and knowledge content of the fourth and fifth grade primary school students,this stage is the golden period to improve students' computing ability.However,there are many problems in the actual calculation teaching,which affect the improvement of students' computing ability.In theory,there is also a lack of practical research on practical operation.Therefore,the practical research on the cultivation of mathematical operation ability in grade four and grade five of primary school is carried out.In this paper,literature,classroom observation and questionnaire methods are used to study.Firstly,through classroom observation and literature research,it is found that there are problems in primary school computational teaching,such as paying little attention to computational teaching,stressing algorithm mastery,neglecting mathematical understanding,and not standardizing and reasonable computational class structure in computational teaching.Then through the questionnaire survey,we found that many young teachers in the calculation class are generally difficult to explain or grasp,there is no clear understanding of how to do the calculation class;students do not understand and think that the calculation is not important,calculation writing is not standardized.Then,aiming at the problems existing in calculation,combining with the textbooks,students' characteristics and the requirements of mathematics curriculum standards,the paper designs the structure of computational class,and emphasizes the viewpoints of problem situation-oriented and three-way integration.Finally,teaching practice is carried out according to the design of the class structure,and the shortcomings are found through the analysis and reflection of the teaching effect,so as to provide guidance for future teaching.The main significance of the study is to put forward the corresponding solutions to the shortcomings of the fourth and fifth grade mathematics calculation teaching in primary schools,and design the structure of the calculation class,hoping to provide a reference for the first-line primary school mathematics teachers to do a good job in the calculation class.
