A Comparative Study On The Coaching Level Of National Team Coaches Since The Professionalization Of Chinese Football

Football has always been the most influential sport in the world,and it is also well-known in the sports world.A wonderful football match affects the hearts of hundreds of millions of viewers.There are reports on football,occupying the space of various newspapers in the world.Today's social football has become an indispensable part of people's lives.However,looking at the development of football in our country,it is all sighing.As a major sports country,football's performance has not been improved for a long time.The development of football proves that the quality of football coaches themselves plays an irreplaceable role in the overall level of a country's football.It is particularly important to improve the overall level of football coaches by studying football coaches.The article uses literature data,mathematical statistics,logical analysis,and comparative analysis.It takes Chinese and foreign coaches who coached the Chinese National Men's Football Team from 2000 to January 2019 as the research object,and examines their coaching history in international competitions Annual salary,research on performance in international competitions and social impact.Based on rigorous mathematical methods,I try to interpret the differences in coaching levels between Chinese and foreign coaches from a data perspective,and at the same time give certain opinions and suggestions based on the results of the interpretation.The evaluation of the coaching level mainly uses the winning field,the key field,the record and the coaching time.The performance and the social value of the Chinese football are used to evaluate the coaching level of the coach.Through research,the author draws the following conclusions: 1.The coaching level of foreign coaches is almost the same as that of Chinese coaches.The resulting social value difference is not obvious,but it hinders the improvement of Chinese football level.2.Stable coaching time is conducive to the continuous improvement of coaching level.3.Long-term hiring foreign coaches is worse than hiring local coaches.4.Since the professionalization of Chinese football,the frequent coaching changes of the national football team and the unreasonable use of coaches have caused the level of Chinese football to rise slowly or even gradually decline.
