Study On Male Taekwondo Technique Application In Nanjing Youth Olympic Games

Taekwondo has been increasingly developed all over the world since it became an official competition project in Olympic Games in 2000.At present, taekwondo tactics has been a leading level in many areas such as South Korea, Chinese Taipei, Iran and other countries.To understand and analyze the tactics application in the Olympic taekwondo deeply, this thesis mainly adopts document information, video analysis, mathematical statistics, expert interview, logic analysis and other methods to analyze video in the competition. This thesis is to explore the differences in different levels of international Youth Olympic Game by the comparison of different tactics that they use in semifinal and final in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games, which provides constructive references for our national training.The results show that the male athletes in Nanjing Youth Olympic Games mainly used techniques as their scoring technique in the semifinal and final.There are four widely used techniques: roundhouse kick, chop, flying kick, kick, in which roundhouse kick is still the core skill and the main means of getting score. The utilization rate of roundhouse kick is more than 60%. According to the category of the attack and defense, the tactics can be divided into direct attack tactics, indirect attack tactics, direct counterattack tactics and indirect counterattack tactics, among which direct attack tactics and indirect counterattack tactics are given priority to.The highest effective score is 1 point by hitting the trunk and 3 points by shotting in the head. The lowest score is 2 points by spinning kicks, 4 points by shotting in the head spinning kicks, and the score that can be got in boxing and defensive boxing. The condition refers to the minority of tactics choices, the difficulty of getting score and the low status of the techniques. Warning call is the most concentrated stage for the first and the third round, because players tend to take part in the match passively which leads to the disobey of the rules. The Youth Olympic Games taekwondo tactics gradually show: “attack, prevention and reversal”technique integration; special ability against fierceness; the diversity of difficulty technology; and the practicability and competitiveness of the tactics.According to these characteristics, this thesis suggests: the tactics system should be innovated; the consciousness of transition should be strengthened, the difficulty of technical training should be enhanced; the psychological training of athletes should be intensified.In addition, if the athletes are on the same level, the distribution of the fitness and the reasonable use of technology will be crucial.This study contributes to the tendency of understanding the tactics, which will make a better training in our national taekwondo history.
