Software industry as one of he most promising industries of strategic importance in the 21 century.In today's China,a thriving software industry showing geared-up momentum of development is now playing a key role in shaping national economy,making China a fledging giant in global software industry.Japanese economic recouvered rapidly after the second world war,and becomed the second-largest economy country right after USA;and Japanese software industry ranked among the leading place for a time.Unlike domestic research,this article turns to study the software industry between China and Japan,through comparative analysis,finding the way for Chinese software industry.First,this article overviews the global information of the software development,stand at the global height to look down the decelopment between the two countries,for finding the position and function in the whole world's economic.Then,analyzes the developing situation and the problems among the two countries,using the SWOT analysis method to analyzing in delail.And now we know the main problems are:talents,the government policy,industry organization and so on.I carry on the contrast analysis of the UF and Fujitsu again,through the comparison of the two enterprises' scale,products,services and customer groups to find their differences.Finally,the paper summed up the experience and insufficiency of the developmen t of the Japanese software industry,the chinese software industry will absorb the adva ntages and avoid disadvantages through the Japanese soft ware industry,thus the pape r summed up to promote the further enhance and development strategy of the chinese software industry.
