The multi-mode wireless terminal test set is an integrated system that supports TD-LTE/TD-SCDMA/GSM/WCDMA/WiFi to test the performance of mobile terminal chips.It plays a key role in the process of R&D,QA,and Access qualification in terminal manufacturing.Before the test set measures the terminal chip on the normal measurement item,the terminal's power and frequency accuracy and stability test must be done.This paper proposed a novel design and implementation of fast power calibration solution based on the FPGA architecture in the test set.By means of researching the FPGA methonology and the principles of digital circuit design,the system implemented the RF font-end module which is responsible for the data link and control logic of the fast power calibration,and the baseband unit which is the digital signal processing module for the data link transfers the information.It also achives the high speed data transformation interface.The system has been used in the Terminal Test Set in the market.Compared with the normal power calibration solution it is to do the hardware acceleration and gained a good performance.
