| With the development of the national economy and the progress of the archives,the archives at all levels have continuously strengthened the collection of archives,and the number of archives has increased a lot.On the one hand,the archives have played an important role in government governance and scientific research.On the one hand,It has brought a huge burden to the archives management department and it is not conducive to the open use of archives.This paper analyzes the interrelationships between the data of the comprehensive archives'collection on behalf of the development level of archives in China and the GDP which representing the level of national economic development.It helps us promote the role of archives and promote the archives and economic development in harmony through the qualitative and quantitative study of the contents of archives and GDP.Through the literature research,I found that the study on the."economic efficiency of archives","archives and economics of interdisciplinary research" and"economic factors on the archives or archives work" has existed,but there is a lack of quantitative,systematic and two-way research on the relationship between archival collection and economic development.Therefore this paper combined with specific data and practical experience and analyzed the interrelationships between the comprehensive archives'collection and the GDP based on the previous study according to the theory of archival value and the study of the law of archival collection and GDP growth.From the qualitative analysis results,the collection of archives has a positive effect on economic development,and the economic development has an important impact on archives,and the archives should be coordinated with the economic development.On the one hand,the collection archives produce a positive role on the original elements of production,such as laborers,science,technology and production managemen by virtue of their own intelligence and voucher value through the utilization of government,enterprises,individuals or archives themselves to promote the value of archives and promote the cause of archives for economic development services,on the other hand,economic development have an important impact in the cause of the archives through the contents of the collection file,file carrier,archives business,social archives awareness,development and utilization of policies,financial funds and other aspects.Based on the results of quantitative analysis and according to the data of archives collection and GDP of China's comprehensive archives from 1983 to 2014,this paper uses the function of SPSS correlation analysis to find that the partial correlation coefficient is 0.966 which proves that there is a high degree of positive correlation between the collection and the GDP and this explains that the economic development promotes the amount of archives and the development of archives can also contributes to economic development Then,the relationship between the amount of archives and GDP is analyzed from the time and the region respectively.It is concluded that this correlation is gradually strengthened with time going by and the correlation between the collection of archives in the eastern and central regions and the regional GDP is relatively higher than the western regions.On the basis of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the article further suggests that the archives should be coordinated with the economic development,and this coordination has a certain time and regional characteristics.As a guide,the article make recommendations from the government governance and file management on how we better play archives and promote the development of archives,It is pointed out that the government should promote the use of archives,make the decision of the archival intelligence value service and give the support of the archives workers,the financial resources and the legal policy to strengthen the government governance,and the archives management institutions should adapt to the social needs,strengthen the development and use of archives and strengthen cooperation with other departments. |
