Webcasts sprang up like mushrooms from 2015 to 2016.Newly opened webcasts platforms are over 100,which attracts lots of attention.2016 is called "the year of webcast" by major medias and research institutes.In such turn of webcast,YY LIVE gained over 50%of profits of the whole industry.Meanwhile,various anchors in YY LIVE also made a hit and they not only made a fortune but also started to take jobs on dramas and entertainment.UGC model was adopted in webcast successfully,which attracts the attention of research industry and scholars.In the beginning of 2016,YY LIVE first created channels of webcast,which has professional contents and good effect of media.On the base of UGC,it starts the professional production,which is the new"PUGC model" and adopted by webcast programs.YY LIVE opened 65 outdoor live channels,professional outdoor webcast and 24 hours live show.It have 30 to 90 thousand views according to official data whose system and regulation is improved.In a word,it is a mature outdoor professional webcast.This paper expounded the popular webcast phenomenon in China and regarded internet rationally from such three perspectives as history,current situation and current problems.Taking 65 outdoor channels in YY LIVE as example,this paper explored the new and special PUCG production model and "PUGC model" adopted in webcast in the future.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction introducing the background,aims and meanings of research.The second part is the summary of the background of webcast and outdoor live broadcast and analyzed the current conditions of outdoor webcast both at home and abroad.Taking 65 outdoor channels in YY LIVE as example,the third part adopted content analyzing and deep interview methods and analyzed content production and business model of outdoor webcast.After knowing of production model comprehensively,the fourth part proposed the views on adoption principles and development of webcast in future.
