Evaluating Quick Response Capability Of Yuantong Express With MEA-BP Network Model

Yuantong Express became the first successful listing of express companies in China in October 2016,however,Customer' delayed complaints rate about Yuantong Express is rising with its increasing business volume,and the low efficiency became the short board of Yuantong Express's operation.Therefore,how to speed up its response to improve operational efficiency to meet customer demand for speed must be considered if Yuantong Express wants to seek long-term development in the fierce competition.The first part describes the research background and has a brief review of the relevant literatures.And then explained the significance of this paper,the research content,technology route and innovation points.The second part summarized relevant theories,which would lay the theoretical foundation for the following selection of indicators and suggestions.The third part elaborated the operation and statistics their time of Yuantong Express,basing on investigating the transshipment center and the service network in the Fuzhou area and 67 orders of Yuantong Express from Jiangsu Wuxi to Fuzhou Fuzhou,as to analyze the need for carrying out quick response.The fourth part constructs the primary evaluation index system of rapid response ability of Yuantong Express based on logistics system theory,and uses AHP and domain radius to select and optimize the system.The fifth part constructs the MEA-BP network model,and provided a reliable evaluation tool for evaluating the quick response capability of Yuantong Express.The sixth part evaluated the quick response capability of Yuantong Express and put forward the promotion strategy based on the theory of constraint.The paper is characterized by combining theory with practice,and obtaining the primary data of Yuantong Express,which has strong reliability in research content.In addition,this paper through interviews,order statistics and data access and other means,obtained wealthy data,and there are 56 forms and 31 tables in total in the paper.The prior innovation of this paper is the research object innovation,quick response is widely used in the supply chain and garment manufacturing enterprises,but the researches of express industry which has high request in the speed and timeliness are lacking,this study conducts to widen the area of rapid response applications.Secondly,in theory,this paper takes the quick response between the links on the express service chain for the research perspective,and this push-type quick response broadens theories' research perspective,which based on the pull-type model;Then,conducting the evaluation index system of quick response capability of express enterprises with strong practicability,based on the theory of logistics system and the operational characteristics of express enterprises,which makes up for the shortcomings of the existing literates which are less concerned with the quick response capability of express enterprises.Finally,the application of MEA-BP network model needs to be familiar with the MEA and BP network algorithm,then use Matlab to program it,which is a difficult point of the paper.Besides,trying to combine the MEA and BP network algorithms for evaluating enterprises' capability is an innovation.
