The Dilemma And Accessible Way Of The Professional News Reporters Under The UGC Background

The progress of Internet technology has provided strong support for social development in the Web2.0 times,which focusing on individual participation or expression and sharing.Compared with the Web1.0 times,the most significant feature of Web2.0 is user oriented and Web platform technology.UGC(User Generated Content)is an information production model of user contribution(or creation).It is based on Web2.0 technology.It's the core feature of the Web2.0 times.In the UGC mode,the "user" is the important force of contemporary information production and dissemination.It has become the most important factor to change the pattern of news dissemination.Under the development of this model,the pathway for communication was widened,media has become more readily accessible,and people are more willing to express their opinions.“No center”or “multiple center” communication platforms are streamlining.Thus,the traditional media outlets and leading institutions,as well as professional news reporters are facing rapid declines.On one hand,the unorganized communication news increased,individuals and social organizations were empowered.With the ability to appear out of nowhere,they make a showy display of their ability and appear to show professional development.On the other hand,because of the institutions empowerment,the traditional news media was limited by distance,time,content and methodology.They lost their former status after the rise of UGC.Therefore,both formed an antagonistic situation on the Internet.The author used the development of UGC as the foundation of their research.Also the empowerment theory and “the six key dimensions of understanding media"proposed by Yates were used by others as research theory and skeleton frameworks.They tried to identify the reasons for the former decline and find ways to improve future development by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of content production and information dissemination.
