| With the rapid development of technology,people's lives have got a big change.Sensor technology as an important technology for information acquisition has been rapidly developed,at the same time,the continuous updating of computer technology and communication technology enables people to connect and share information at any place.In order to comply with the trend of modern measurement and control and equipment transformation,intelligent sensors are required to be able to connect with the Internet,but the intelligent sensors which base on the field bus didn't realized the true sense of communication protocol,but only implement various field bus communication protocols,which limits the application range.With the development of intelligent sensors,embedded network sensors have become the focus of research,and its major difference with intelligent sensors is that it has Internet capabilities.Based on the development of network sensors,this paper presents an intelligent monitoring terminal based on network sensors.The network temperature and humidity sensor can be easily accessed using Ethernet,with high-speed and convenient IP network connection,flexible data reading methods,it supports multiple data reading protocols including HTTP and SNMP,and integrates with various network management software.On this basis,we have developed an intelligent network management software to achieve remote monitoring and over-limit alarms for network temperature and humidity sensors.This system is divided into hardware part and software part.The hardware part mainly uses STM32F103 VCT6 chips as the core processor,the temperature and humidity sensor is responsible for collecting temperature and humidity signals,LCD-5110 display is responsible for displaying temperature and humidity data,DM9000 AEP ethernet interface chip enables sensors to support ethernet access,by porting the RT-Thread operating system to the hardware platform,the sensor supports the SNMP and HTTP data reading protocols and communicates with the self-developed intelligent monitoring terminal.The software part of the intelligent monitoring terminal adopts the B/S architecture,we use PHP scripting language to develop with Apache server,MySQL database and RRD database.Users can remotely access sensor temperature and humidity data and historical data graphics by entering the sensor's IP address or Community string in the developed network management system,in order to improve the system's availability,an alarm monitoring module has been designed lately,when the temperature or humidity exceeds the preset value,the system will notify the inspectors by e-mail. |
