With the rapid development of the semiconductor industry,there are more and more kinds of integrated circuit chips,the accuracy requirement became higher and the size of wafer became bigger.Therefore,a higher requirement is put forward for the control software of dicing machine.This requires that the interface of control software be friendly,eas y to operate,flexible,thus,the software needs to have the func tion of automatic recognition of alignment.At the same time,the most important requirement is that the software can improve the cutting efficiency and cutting precision.This paper aims at the design of the control software of dicing machine,firstly,the o verall design scheme and modular design idea of the software are determined,then,to complete the design of control software through object-oriented programming technology.The main contents of the study include the following aspects:(1)Make the customizati on of software funcitons.To analyses the needs of the control software,combined with wafer production process needs,the working principle and structure of the dicing machine.Using object-oriented programming language C# in the Windows 7 platform for the design of control software,to facilitate the addition and customization of special features.(2)Make the division of software modules.With modular design method,to design a number of relatively independent functional units.In the coordination of the master unit module,sub modules cooperate with each other to achieve a variety of functions.The control software is made up of data management,motion control,image processing,human-computer interaction,fault handling,error compensation,multi-threaded control.(3)Make the design of software structure.The control adopts the master-slave control structure,the industrial control computer as the upper control unit,the PMAC motion control card,the image acquisition card and the light source controller as the lower control unit.Through calling the motion control card librar y function,the visual system library functions to write the motion control instruction function and image processing instruction function,as well as write serial communication program,and integrate them into the control system software.(4)Design software on the basis of programming langua ge features.The object-oriented data structure design and class template programming method are used to realize the good adaptability of the cutting-related data for the cutting material,and the parameters can be easily filled for different materials to meet the complicated processing technology requirements.This control software has used in the Dicing machine that used in production.It is mainly used for LED,IC,wafer cutting processing,to meet the convenience of semiconductor users,reliable.At the same time,this device can also be used in the glass,ceramics,sapphire cutting,separation.it has a good market prospects.
