Research And Application Of Color Digital Double-sided Jacquard Technology

This paper studies several problems in the process of color digital double-sided jacquard fabric design,including how to efficiently mix colors after yarn selection,how to adjust the fabric structure of double-sided fabric,how to choose knot mode and find position of the knot.A design algorithm of double-sided fabric which can ensure positive and negative sides of the fabric reach interweave balancing is proposed,and the experimental verification of the algorithm is carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research on the coloring algorithm of double-sided jacquard fabric.Based on the characteristics of color digital jacquard technology,the color mixing operation plays an important role in process.A high efficient color mixed scheme of color digital double-sided jacquard technology is proposed.The scheme uses different algorithms based on the selection of yarn combinations: similarity measure and random prime number weighting.The experimental comparison between traditional color mixed scheme and color digital double-sided jacquard technology blending scheme is carried out so as to verify the applicability and feasibility of the algorithm in double-sided jacquard process system.(2)Research on the design algorithm of double-sided jacquard fabric.The weave evenness and interweaving times of fabric are researched firstly.Then the interleaving times of the positive and negative surfaces are adjusted to achieve the interleaving balancing between the double sides.The knot mode and position of knot are calculated according to the characteristics of the adjusted structure.Finally,the comparison experiment of the number of positive and negative interleaving shows the effectiveness of the algorithm.(3)Comprehensive application of color digital double-sided jacquard technique system.Based on the research contents of this paper,combined with the idea of software engineering development and design,the function of system is modularized,mainly including image preprocessing module,color mixing module,image matching module,process design module,pattern output module.Based on these modules,software of color digital double-sided jacquard technique system is designed and developed.
