The technology of color digital jacquard is a kind of textile CAD technologies. It willmake the color image file from image input to generate automatically jacquard weave fileby the computer-related technology. Currently, color digital jacquard CAD on the marketmainly faces the following problems: firstly, along with the increasing of large pin colorjacquard fabric demand, jacquard CAD software is very difficult to deal with such a largejacquard image; secondly, selecting color and color matching of digital jacquard fabric isstill in the manual and semi-automated stage. The color level of color jacquard fabric islow and often appears color distortion, distortion and other issues.This paper wants to solve the above problems by means of the computer technology.It makes a study of large grain pin color jacquard CAD system color separation, colorscheme, jacquard fabric simulation etc. The main research results are summarized asfollows:I.That studied and analyzed the color jacquard image features to propose aself-adaptive segmentation algorithm based on clustering. The algorithm aimed to optimizethe color jacquard image processing effect by improving the quality of the selection ofinitial cluster center point. The algorithm is compared with the traditional segmentationalgorithm, making the image color separation after having a smaller color distortion.II.For oversize-weaving jacquard fabric on the color level, delicate color degreehigher requirements, the paper designed a layered color scheme of large grain pin colorjacquard fabric. The design scheme firstly using divide and conquer strategy to divide thesource image file, then each image file according to the order number, using only4~8different color dynamic combination of warp and weft yarn layer color to resolve thecurrent difficult, which weaving visual color rich large grain pin color jacquard fabric dilemma. Large jacquard color jacquard fabric by color, choose the color design work toachieve the color levels exceeded256color, and this scheme can improve the colorjacquard fabric color saturation, to provide technical reference for the design of digitaljacquard industry.III.Comprehensive application of oversize-weaving color digital jacquard CADsystem. Based on the three layer architecture in the process of software development as theguiding ideology, the content of this paper as the core, to optimize, add, improve the imagepreprocessing, layered color scheme, color management, Jacquard Simulation Module onthe original color jacquard CAD platform, and gradually formed a practical color digitaljacquard the CAD software system.
