Research On Employment Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

In recent years,the university enrollment is in the process of rapid development,the number of graduates is up to millions every year.How to let the graduates find their own work is the common desire of the university employment center and the students?However,the employment centers of many colleges and universities still use the traditional way to deal with the employment related business.At the same time,there is no perfect evaluation system to evaluate the employment of various departments,which has a great impact on the employment of colleges and universities,which leads to the failure of the employment center to grasp the actual situation of the graduates,and can not provide effective employment.Therefore,it is very important to introduce employment management system to realize the automatic management.This paper analyzes the construction process of the employment management system.In terms of technology selection,in order to meet the needs of the staff on line processing employment business,the system adopts the B/S architecture,and implements the system with the combination of C#+ Oracle.In addition,in order to realize the notification of the evaluation results,the SMS cat technology is introduced.In the aspect of demand analysis,the system consists of five parts,such as basic data management.employment management,employment statistics.security and Employment Evaluation,which include all kinds of business involved in employment management.On the basis of the requirement scheme,the function of each module is designed in detail with flow chart,and the process of each function is determined,and the employment evaluation model is set up.Finally,the code development of the employment management system is completed and integrated.On this basis,the test is completed and the problems found in the test process have been solved.At present,the system has been applied to the research institute to deal with the employment management business,playing a very good role in the application process,realizing the standardization and scientification of the employment management business,and achieving the ultimate goal of improving the work efficiency.
