| The development of the times put forward new requirements on the human resources model,the views that human resources should play a role of strategic business partner has been paid much attention in recent years.Human resource managers are no longer just backstage supporters,but are involved in the business sector,working closely with them and providing strategic guidance.The role of HRBP(Human Resource Business Partner)arises at the historic moment.The exploration of HRBP model in Internet enterprises is still in the immature stage in China,and relevant theoretical research and practical foundation are weak.Software developers are the core technical staff of Internet enterprises.To explore the competency of human resources business partners in the software development department.Which will help Internet enterprises to find suitable business partners for the software development department,thus further promoting the realization of the strategic goal of the whole enterprise.Therefore,it is worth researching to build the HRBP competency model of Internet enterprise software development department.The core of this study is divided into three stages,and the first stage is the extraction of competency elements.Firstly,the literature research method was applied to collect and collate the research results of the existing literature on HRBP competence,and 18 HRBP competencies were initially extracted.Secondly,the work analysis is adopted to analyze and summarize the job description of HRBP in Internet enterprise software development department.Finally,based on the behavioral event interview,this paper describes the behavior description and evaluation of HRBP competence of Internet enterprise software development department,and establishes 28 competencies.The second stage is the construction of competency model.Through sorting,screening and summarizing the data obtained from the questionnaire,and by using SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software to carry out exploratory factor analysis of sample data,the HRBP competency model of Internet enterprise software development department is obtained.The third stage is the test and establishment of competency model.Getting rid of the three irrelevant competencies by reliability and validity,and then the confirmatory factor analysis was used to determine the fitting degree of the model,the results show that the fitting degree of the model is good.Then,the weight of each competency index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process,the HRBP competency model of Internet enterprise software development department is determined finally.The model is divided into five competency dimensions and 25 specific indicators.Each dimension is: self-efficacy,leadership,interpersonal communication,personal characteristics and basic knowledge,and each dimension also contains several competency indicators.This study of building the HRBP competency model,to some extent,developing the new mode of human resource management.And providing new ideas for HRBP recruitment,training development and performance management.The research contents of HRBP competence theory of Chinese Internet enterprises are also enriched and supplemented. |
