After the industrial revolution took place,mankind's continuous creation of material wealth was accompanied by increasingly severe environmental problems,which threatened the sustainable development of human living environment.To this end,the United Nations has been attached great importance to the issue of sustainable development,sustainable development is related to a country or region can develop healthily.However,all currently face the great challenge of sustainable development.The coordinated development of river basin economy,resources,environment and population is heavily influenced by the sustainable development of the river basin,and the sustainable development of the river basin is of great significance to the optimization of human environmental relations and regional systems.Under this background,in order to better solve the problem of sustainable development of the river basin,it is necessary to help the quantitative model to find a better solution.Therefore,this paper designs and implements a sustainable development decision support system for river basins to provide decision-makers with policy support.The decision support system for sustainable development of river basins is very different from the previous decision support systems.Most of the previous decision support systems aim at a specific problem in a certain region of the river basin,but not for the overall management and planning of the entire river basin.In this project,based on different climate change scenarios,the impact of climate change on the water,ecological,economic,and social complex systems of the river basin is taken into account comprehensively,with the overall goal of sustainable development of the river basin,and the core issues faced by the development of the river basin are consolidated.In terms of environmental protection,economic development,resources and food security,and education,specific quantifiable development goals have been put forward.Hydrological models,ecological models,and economic models have been integrated to provide reasonable solutions for achieving these goals.The decision support system of watershed sustainable development which is designed and implemented in this paper can be viewed as three systems,that is,Web GIS plug-in,agent model integration and main system,there is no couplingbetween the three,and no development of any one system is affected by other.The development of Web GIS plug-in and the integrated development of the agent model are the focus of this paper on system development.Web GIS Plug-ins are developed using leaflet lightweight Java Script front-end library,agent model uses Web service for remote integration,and the main system integrates the two to form a decision support system of watershed sustainable development in this paper.The main research area of this paper is Heihe River basin,so some sustainable development indicators are based on Heihe basin.The practice has proved that the decision support system of sustainable development of this watershed can provide a reasonable decision-making plan for sustainable development of Heihe river basin.
