| In recent years,the non-state-owned museums have developed rapidly in Guilin,and the number of non-state-owned museums is increasing constantly.However,they are "non-state-owned" in nature and are held by social forces.At present,there are many irregularities in the operation and management of such museums,exposing many problems.So far,no scholars have done systematic research on Guilin’s non-state-owned museums.This paper takes Guilin’s non-state-owned museums as the research object,uses museology theories and methods,and through field research,discusses the challenges faced by Guilin’s non-state-owned museums in their operation from the perspective of cultural and tourism integration,and puts forward relevant suggestions and solutions.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly discusses the research background,research purpose,research status,the definition of related concepts and theoretical discussion;The second chapter gives an overview of the distribution,collection,operation subjectand ticket collection of Guilin’s non-state-owned museums.In addition,four representative non-state-owned museums are selected according to the four principles of "typical,authentic,objective and universal" to conduct case analysis from two aspects of operation and cultural and tourism integration practice.The third chapter summarizes the problems in the operation of non-state-owned museums according to the investigation in the second chapter,and points out that the problems in the operation of non-state-owned museums are mainly caused by the lack of understanding of museum directors,the lack of operating funds,and the failure to give full play to government functions.Chapter four analyzes the operation of excellent non-state-owned museums in China and the practice of cultural and tourism integration,and believes that many aspects of these excellent museums are worth learning,including: first,the construction of a perfect museum management structure;Second,the importance of the museum’s public welfare function;Third,it has developed many popular cultural and creative products.The fifth chapter is based on the development of Guilin’s non-state-owned museums,from improving the operation and management mechanism of non-state-owned museums and constructing the integration of non-state-owned museums and Guilin’s tourism. |
