With the development of information technology,the information trend of personnel management in colleges and universities has been obvious.In order to meet the growing needs of colleges and universities,because of the difference of their own running conditions,it is necessary to develop or introduce the corresponding personnel management system,which has formed the operation system of "one school and two affiliated courtyard" after several reforms,and the personnel constitute complex and functional demand diversity,However,the traditional personnel management model and the current management system defects have become the bottleneck of the rapid development of the college,this paper designed and developed the Sichuan Health Rehabilitation Vocational College human resource management system.Based on the investigation of the present situation of human resources management in Sichuan Health Rehabilitation Vocational college,the requirement of the Personnel Management system is analyzed,the function research,the performance research,the requirement analysis and the system design and test are fully demonstrated,and then the personnel Management system which conforms to the current operation system of the college is designed.The basic module of the system is divided into: Account module,System module,personnel information module,training module,employee training module and salary treatment module,using B/S architecture mode,boldly using SSH framework technology in system design to ensure the system can meet the human resource management demand of Sichuan health rehabilitation Vocational College.This system constructs the person management system under the B/s structure,can effectively achieve personnel management,staff and timely docking,in the convenience of personnel management at the same time,staff can timely inquiries,modify the basic personal information,to achieve personnel information timely,accurate and perfect goals,so that the university's human resources have been fully effective use.It is convenient to realize the cooperation within the hospital,the interaction and interaction between the user and the management department,to realize the maximization of the effective utilization of human resources,and to promote the operation level of human resources Department of Sichuan Health Rehabilitation Vocational college,and to operate the quality of personnel management efficiently.
