With the rapid development of Internet of things,wide range and low cost wireless sensor networks has gained more attention in many fields.However,some nodes still rely on the carried battery.On the other hand,the natural environment contains large amount of energy.The research of collecting energy to provide power for wireless nodes is of practical significance.This paper aims at the background of oil pipeline monitoring.Three aspects of thermoelectric energy,vibration energy and wireless energy harvesting technology,wireless energy harvesting antenna and power management technology have been carried out in this paper.Firstly,the thermoelectric energy and vibration energy harvesting circuit is designed.Secondly,a third order voltage doubling wireless energy collection circuit is designed.Also,a differential signal wireless energy collection circuit and a differential antenna is designed.Thirdly,a power management circuit is proposed.The circuit includes a combined energy harvesting circuit,a voltage monitoring circuit and a boost conversion circuit.Then,a experiment platform with a low power transceiver node is proposed.Finally,we test the wireless transceiver node for communication and environmental energy supply.In a word,this paper designs energy harvesting circuits,wireless energy harvesting antenna,power management circuit and a low power transceiver node aiming at the power supply for wireless nodes.It provides a reference technology path for the further development of wireless nodes.
